State Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak said that there is a danger of major cyber-attacks in the current situation of the country.
He said this at a press conference after attending the ongoing cyber security emergency meeting at the Bangladesh Computer Council meeting room in Agargaon on Tuesday afternoon.
Palak said, “We have 35 critical information infrastructures. But the sad fact is that except only eight institutions, others are not ensuring proper security.”
He said, “We will form a coordination committee, which will held meeting and take action.”
