Resuming the day on 109/7, Bangladesh batters didn’t last long.
Skipper Mehidy Hasan top scored with 45 while Jaker Ali scored 31.
Earlier, Taskin Ahmed's maiden five-wicket haul in Test cricket helped Bangladesh bundle the hosts out for 152 in their second innings, eventually setting up a 334-run target.
Taskin picked up six wickets conceding 64 runs on the fourth day.
Earlier in the match, West Indies scored 450/9d thanks to Justin Greaves’ maiden Test hundred (115) and two 90+ scores from Mikyle Louis (97) and Alick Athanaze (90).
Bangladesh declared on 269/9 in reply, trailing by 181 runs in their first innings.
