Bashundhara Shuvosangho has distributed warm clothes among 150 infants in different hospitals of Brahmanbaria on the occasion of the New Year 2025.
The clothes for infants were distributed at Brahmanbaria General Hospital, Brahmanbaria Medical College, Mother and Child Welfare Center and Holy Lab Hospital.
Smriti Rani Roy, senior staff nurse of the Brahmanbaria General Hospital, welcomed the initiative of Bashundhara Shuvosangho. Shuvosangho Brahmanbaria unit president Hedayetul Aziz Munna said the social platform is trying to do something exceptional in the New Year.
Earlier on Tuesday, Brahmanbaria Press Club general secretary Baharul Islam Mollah inaugurated the programme at Dhirendranath Dutta Chattor in the city.
Club’s vice president Syed Akram Hossain, BD Animal Health proprietor Rasel Ahmed Babu, and Shuvosangho members Coyon Biswas were present on the occasion while Kaler Kantho district correspondent Biswajit Paul coordinated the campaign.
Mentionable, BD Animal Health has been bearing the financial responsibility of the programme for the past few years.
