To honour the memory of the July Revolution and remember the martyrs, Bashundhara Shuvosangho has launched a short story writing contest titled "My Experience in the July Revolution."
The initiative encouraged participants to share their experiences of the student movement through storytelling, with educational units of the organisation actively hosting the programme.
As part of the initiative, Dhaka College unit of Bashundhara Shuvosangho organised the contest on the campus at 11:00 am on Friday. Students from different levels across the college took part in the competition.
Present at the event were Md Iqbal Hossain Shihab, Office Secretary of Bashundhara Shuvosangho Dhaka College unit; Touhidul Islam, Publicity Secretary; Rabiul Islam, Sports Secretary; and Miraj Bepari, Executive Member, along with other members of the organisation.
Addressing the occasion, Office Secretary Iqbal Hossain Shihab said, “We have organised this programme in memory of the martyrs of the July Revolution, and we wish a swift recovery to those injured.”
