Bangladesh's foreign exchange reserves currently stand at $26.52 billion.
However, according to a Bangladesh Bank press release, the reserves stand at $21.18 billion based on the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual (BPM6) methodology, reports BSS.
Last month, the reserves had crossed the $25 billion mark by the end of March, following a record inflow of remittances.
