Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has expressed dissatisfaction with the statement made by Interim Government Chief Adviser Prof. Muhammad Yunus regarding the possible timing of the upcoming national election.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir shared the party’s reaction while speaking to reporters after a meeting held this afternoon (April 16) to discuss the country’s ongoing political situation.
“He did not did not give a deadline,” Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir told journalists. “He said polls would be between December-June. We are not satisfied with that.”
