Pakistan's Foreign Secretary, Amina Baloch arrived in Dhaka on Wednesday at noon. She was welcomed at the airport by Ishrat Jahan,Director General (South Asia wing) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Amina Baloch will participate in a foreign secretary-level bilateral meeting between Bangladesh and Pakistan.
The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow at the State Guest House Padma, with Bangladesh being represented by Foreign Secretary Md. Jashim Uddin.
Discussions during the meeting are expected to cover a wide range of topics including trade, investment, defense, agriculture, air connectivity, and information and communication technology. Additionally, the matter of unresolved financial claims between Bangladesh and Pakistan might also be addressed.
