5 DMP officers transferred

5 DMP officers transferred

Five officers, including the Tejgaon and Gulshan ADCs of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), have been transferred and attached.

The transfers and attachments are made through three separate orders signed by DMP Commissioner Sheikh Sajjat Ali.  DMP's Media and Public Relations Division on Wednesday (Nov 28) has confirmed this.

According to the orders, ADC Mohammad Ziaul Haque (Tejgaon Zone) has been attached to the DMP headquarters, ADC Md. Tanvir Hossain (Planning, Research, and Human Resource Development Division) has been transferred to the Tejgaon Zone, and ADC Md. Rakib Hasan (Finance Division) has been transferred to the Gulshan Zone.

In another order, ADC Md. Khalilur Rahman (Gulshan Zone) has been attached to the DMP headquarters.

Additionally, Assistant Police Commissioner Ratan Kanti Rai (Estate Division) has been transferred to the Consultant Division of the Detective Branch.
