Bashundhara Shuvosangho has organised a drawing competition in Thakurgaon on Friday on the occasion of the glorious Victory Day.
Around 100 students from different schools participated in the contest at the Aparajeyo 71 intersection in the district town.
Local cultural activist Mahabub Alam Rubel presented gifts to the winners of the competition as a special guest.
The competition winners were gifted books, watercolours, and crayon boxes, while all participants received community gifts.
The special guest appreciated Bashundhara Shuvosangho's initiative for inspiring children to learn the country’s glorious history through co-curricular activities.
Bashundhara Shuvosangho district unit president Tapas Debnath, general secretary Rashedul Alam Liton, Maliha Manjur Moumi from the central committee, Government Girls School unit general secretary Alfi Shahrin Fiha, organising secretary Mahafuza Fariha Marjan and members Kaniz, Labanya, Abdullah Al Azad, Mir Chanowar Hossain Chanu, and Kaler Kantho district correspondent Partha Sarathi Das were present on the occasion.
