Marking the National Youth Day, Bashundhara Shuvosangho’s Gazipur District unit organized a discussion and monthly planning meeting on Saturday.
Gazipur District unit’s President Musafir Imran presided over the session held at the conference room of Gazipur Ideal College.
The participants discussed the importance of reducing plastic usage and preventing cervical cancer. Decisions were also made to organize one social program each month, host debate competitions, form a new committee, and arrange Bashundhara Shuvosangho's annual excursion.
The event was attended by Sharif Ahmed Shamim, advisor to the Gazipur District branch of Bashundhara Shuvosangho and Gazipur correspondent for Kaler Kantho, along with committee members Niloy Ahmed, Harun Ur Rashid, Moksedul Momin, Zakaria Ahmed, Ekramul Haque Jihad, Tanzina Islam Jerin, Shamsuzzoha, Shyamal Hossain, Tanmoy, Alamgir Hossain, Joy, Jharna Hia, Jewel, Sumaiya, and Ima, among others.
