Shakib Khan and Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan-starrer film "Dorod" is set to hit theatres worldwide on November 15. The release date was confirmed by the film’s director, Anonno Mamun, in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
A new teaser for the movie was also released on Tuesday.
"Dorod" received official screening approval from the Bangladesh Film Certification Board on Monday. Khijir Hayat Khan, a member of the board, confirmed the news, stating that the film had been reviewed and granted uncut approval for screening.
Shakib Khan shared a collage of his various looks from the film on his official Facebook page, captioning it, "Dorod is coming... with all the love."
Jointly produced by Bangladesh and India, the pan-Indian movie, directed by Anonno Mamun, will be released in six languages: Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
In addition to Shakib Khan and Sonal Chauhan, the film features Shahiduzzaman Salim, Payal Sarkar, Rajesh Sharma, Misha Sawdagor, Elina Shammi, Jessia Islam, and Rahul Dev in various roles.
A one and a half minute teaser of the movie was released on Eid-day. Where the multifaceted Shakib Khan was seen! Sometimes he is a very shy person, sometimes a mysterious man who is not terrible! The teaser indicates that “Dorod” is a psycho thriller film.
