BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is going abroad for better treatment after a long time.
She last visited abroad in July 2017. Currently, Khaleda Zia, 79, has been suffering from various physical problems.
Finally, on the advice of doctors, she will leave for London from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 10 pm Tuesday.
An air ambulance equipped with state-of-the-art ICU facilities sent by the Emir of Qatar to carry the former prime minister has already arrived in Dhaka.
According to the information, the special air ambulance carrying Khaleda Zia will stop at Hamad International Airport in Qatar and then depart for London.
The air ambulance carrying her will land at Heathrow Airport in the UK at 10 am Bangladesh time on Wednesday. Khaleda Zia will receive 'VIP protocol' there.

Khaleda Zia's personal physician and party standing committee member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said that there is an old traditional hospital ‘London Clinic.’ It is a hospital under the NHS. She (Khaleda Zia) will be admitted there. She will be taken there directly from Heathrow International Airport.
Khaleda will be accompanied by her personal physician Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, Dr. Md. Shahabuddin Talukder, Dr. Nur Uddin Ahmed and Dr. Mohammad Al Mamun.
