The fourth Kafela comprising 24 devotees are going to Saudi Arabia on Saturday morning to perform Umrah under financial assistance of the Bashundhara Group, the largest business conglomerate.
The takeoff time of the plane carrying the devotees at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport is 7:45am.
On the eve of fly, a doa mahfil was held at the office of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee in the capital on Friday night.
Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir, also chief adviser to the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee, pledged to send 104 devotees to Saudi Arabia for Umrah.
Having pledged in the last Ramadan, three Kafelas comprised of 86 pilgrims were already sent and they completed the rituals including circumambulating the Kaaba in Mecca.
The first Kafela of 26 pilgrims made their voyage on December 4 last year, second Kafela of 33 pilgrims on December 26, and third Kafela of 27 pilgrims on January 5.
Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir bears all the costs in this regard. He came forward to implement dream of insolvent people to perform Umrah.
