DMP warns against fake SMS on traffic fines

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has warned city residents against fake SMS being circulated in the name of collecting fines for traffic law violations in the capital. In a statement on Monday, DMP Deputy Police Commissioner (Media) NM Nasiruddin said recent messages regarding traffic fines sent through social media and mobile phones were false and intended to mislead people.
