BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi believes that BNP is not doing anything that could cause division within the democratic alliance.

“We are doing our level best to strengthen the democratic struggle through this broader unity,” said Ruhul Kabir Rizvi.

He made these remarks on Tuesday afternoon during the inauguration of the distribution of membership renewal forms to district and metropolitan branches across the country at BNP’s central office.

“The success of our movement is a powerful force, which many do not view favorably. There are conspiracies and plots from outside the state, as well as from within. When political vulnerabilities are exploited internally, it becomes the greatest defeat ”

He further added, “Those who were have been expelled from the party won’t be able to renew their membership. Even though they previously held memberships, once we expel them, it applies to all levels of their position. They cannot even obtain primary membership”

Explaining the aim of the membership renewal, he said, “The purpose of this renewal is to prevent Awami fascist infiltrators from sneaking into the party in various ways. We are giving strict instructions to ensure that these infiltrators cannot get in.”

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General also mentioned, “Various minor incidents are being used to tarnish BNP’s image in different ways. Therefore, to keep our political activities transparent, prevent intruders, and stop false propaganda, this renewal process is extremely important.”
