The anti-discrimination student movement has called for a meeting with student organizations that were involved in the uprising. The aim is to discuss the country’s current instability, student conflicts in various educational institutions, and broader issues.
This has been announced today(Monday) in a statement signed by the chief organizer of the movement, Abdul Hannan Masud.
According to the statement, “The ongoing inter-institutional conflict and clashes across the country have raised concerns. We believe the current internal conflict is part of a deeper conspiracy against the mass uprising that happened in 2024”
The statement further states, “The ongoing conflict can be resolved through the unity of the student community. In order to achieve that goal, the anti-discrimination student movement has called for an urgent meeting with anti-fascist student organizations that played a crucial role in the July uprising. INSHA'ALLAH, people of the county will soon see a wonderful solution through the united efforts of all student organizations”
