Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) acting Chairman Tarique Rahman on Friday called upon the leaders and workers of the party at all levels to work for achieving people's trust, reports BSS.
"Next elections will be tough one. BNP always depends on public support in view of polls results. BNP keeps up the people's confidence over the last 17 years braving all repressions and tortures and it should be continued," he said.
Tarique Rahman said these while addressing, as the chief guest, a view-exchange meeting with all leaders and workers of Rajshahi division joining it on virtual platform on the second day of the consecutive view-exchange meetings with grassroots leaders and workers.
BNP Media Cell Member Sairul Kabir Khan informed this to the media.
The BNP acting chairman urged the leaders and workers not to do anything that can destroy people's trust.
He gave directives to the leaders and workers at grassroots to work unitedly staying beyond all questions for achieving people's trust being engaged with people and keeping the people's confidence intact.
