Gazi and Rafiq ruled Rupganj with iron fist

Gazi and Rafiq also have multiple sensitive allegations against them, including land grabbing and orchestrating kidnappings and murders through their terror squads. Over the past few years, their reign of terror in Rupganj has been so extreme that many families have been forced to leave the area due to their atrocities.
