Hero Alom defeated in Bogura by-polls

Independent candidate Ashraful Alam alias Hero Alom lost in the by-elections of the Bogura-4 (Kahalu-Nandigram) and Bogra-6 (Sadar) constituencies.

After counting the votes, returning officer and Bogura Deputy Commissioner Saiful Islam confirmed this on Wednesday evening.

Earlier in the day, the voting started at 8:30 am in Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and continued till 4:30 pm.
