By-polls to 6 vacant JS seats underway

Voting in the six parliamentary seats' by-polls that fell vacant following the resignation of the BNP lawmakers began on Wednesday morning.

The voting started at 8:00am and will continue till 4:00pm without any break.

Voters will cast their votes through electronic voting machine (EVM) at all centres.

The six seats are Thakurgaon-3, Bogura-4 and Bogura-6, Chapainawabganj-2 and 3; and Brahmanbaria-2.

Huge number of law enforcement force on the field to fend off any untoward situation
