The Election Commission will announce the schedule for presidential polls tomorrow (Wednesday).
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal confirmed the news after a meeting with the Speaker on Monday afternoon.
He said a meeting of the Election Commission was convened at 11 am on Wednesday in this regard.
Earlier, the CEC met Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury at the Parliament.
After two terms of current President M Abdul Hamid, the Parliament will elect the 22nd President of the country.
