With the aim of enhancing work efficiency and improving computer literacy among young people, Bashundhara Shuvosangho’s Khilgaon thana unit organised a skill development workshop on Friday.
The workshop was held at a seminar hall in Khilgaon, with around 25 young men and women participating.
The session focused on helping participants become skilled for the modern workplace, develop proficiency in information technology, and improve personal and professional competencies.
Practical training was provided on computer usage, preparation for official work, and pathways for self-development.
Since its inception, Bashundhara Shuvosangho has been working for human welfare and youth development.
As part of this ongoing effort, the workshop was organised under the guidance of Dhaka Metropolitan Coordinator Abdul Hannan Milton and led by Khilgaon thana unit President Ashik and General Secretary Mainul.
Among those present were Vice President Siam; Joint General Secretary Shuvo; Organising Secretary Rizvi; Office Secretary Niloy; Information and Technology Secretary Mahadi; Finance Secretary Sabbir; Publicity Secretary Naizul; members Mukul and Aslam; executive members Dipta, Nirob, and Ashraful; Volunteer Coordinator Russel; members Yashir and Ratul; Sports Secretary Naim; Cultural Secretary Bijoy; and other members of the organisation.
Female members in attendance included Vice President (women’s affairs) Tanzila; Organising Secretary (women) Faria; and members Sumaiya, Nusrat, and Tamanna.
Participants described the workshop as timely and highly effective and called for the continuation of similar skill development initiatives in the future.
