Bashundhara Shuvosangho distributed educational materials among over a hundred students at Adarsha School and College in Sonagazi upazila of Feni on Tuesday.
As many as 50 students received their supplies at the event, and the remaining students were expected to get their ones later.
The distribution programme was held with Shahid Farid, president of Bashundhara Shuvosangho Sonagazi Upazila unit, in the chair, while General Secretary Mohammad Iqbal Hossain moderated the event. Distinguished social worker and education enthusiast Siraj Uddin attended the programme as the chief guest.
Special guests included Sheikh Abdul Hannan, adviser to Bashundhara Shuvosangho Sonagazi Upazila unit, Vice President of the unit Md Habibul Islam Riyad, Adarshagram Police Investigation Centre’s Assistant Sub Inspector Roni Majumder, expatriate scholar Nizam Uddin, Vice President of the school’s managing committee Nizam Uddin, and Headmaster Abdul Kader.
During the event, the guests handed over educational materials to more than fifty students of Adarsha School and College. The students expressed their joy and gratitude upon receiving the supplies.
