BNP standing committee member Salahuddin Ahmed will go to the inquiry commission of enforced disappearance on Tuesday.
He is scheduled to go to the commission at 11:30 am, confirmed BNP media wing member Shairul Kabir Khan.
During the visit, Salahuddin Ahmed will meet the members of the inquiry commission.
On August 27, the government formed a five-member commission to find out forcibly disappeared people by law enforcement agencies from January 1, 2010 to August 5, 2024.
Retired judges of the High Court Division Justice Moyeenul Islam Chowdhury and Justice Farid Ahmed Shibli have been made president and member of the commission.
It is mentionable that Salahuddin Ahmed has returned to Bangladesh after over nine years in India.
On May 11, 2015, Salahuddin was found in India’s Shillong after he was abducted from Dhaka on March 10, 2015.
