Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus will hold talks with the country’s major political parties Saturday to inform them about the progress made on reforming the state apparatus, reports Daily Sun.
The talks will also focus on the still shaky security situation within the country, and be attended by the other advisers of the transitional government.
The chief adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam announced the latest round of talks at a press briefing held at the Foreign Service Academy on Wednesday.
Any extension of the dialogue period would be decided on Saturday.
The interim government has formed six reform commissions to place recommendations on improving the state apparatus that many experts view as distorted and preferable for dictatorial rule.
