A massive fire incident that took place at New Super Market in the capital in the early morning on Saturday was brought under control, claimed Brigadier General Md Main Uddin, director general of Department of Fire Service and Civil Defence, reports Daily Sun.
The DG of Fire Service talked to the journalists at gate number 4 of the market at about 10:30am.
He said the fire was brought under control at about 9:10am. But firefighters are working to extinguish fire completely.
