Five killed in Jashore road accident

Five killed in Jashore road accident

At least five people were killed as a covered van rammed a restaurant after losing its control at Bageritala under Monirampur Upazila of Jashore on Friday morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately after the accident.

Monirampur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Sheikh Mohammad Moniruzzaman said on information police seized the covered van. However, the driver and helper of the covered van fled the scene.
