Dinajpur's Hili Land Port will remain closed for nine days on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
However, passenger movement through the Hili immigration checkpost will stay open during the period.
Hili Land Port Import-Export Group General Secretary Nazmul Haque told the media that import and export activities between Bangladesh and India through the port will be suspended from March 29 to April 5, marking the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
Trade operations will resume on April 6, he added.
