As per the previously announced program, a crowd of agitating students and people has descended on Dhanmondi No. 32. They gathered around 8 pm on Tuesday, chanting slogans.

The ousted Sheikh Hasina, was scheduled to address the student community through a virtual program organized by the banned Chhatra League. In response to this, students organized a protest to march toward Road No. 32.

Students started gathering around Road No. 32 in Dhanmondi since before evening. Later, they started pouring in at around 8 pm.

At one stage, the angry student broke the door and entered the residence. Many of them started vandalizing. Many were seen opening the doors and windows. The glass of the windows was broken. Many were also seen taking away the bricks of the building. Later, the angry student crowd set fire to it.
