Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 6 wickets to clinch the Test series 2-0 against the hosts as they got new momentum in last few weeks as a team.
In the second Test held in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, Bangladesh chased down the target of 185 for loss of 4 wickets in their second innings.
In the second innings, Zakir Hasan was the top scorer with 40 runs, while Najmul Hossain Shanto made 38.
Earlier, Pakistan scored 272 and 174 runs in both of their innings.
Mehdi Hasan Miraz took 5 wickets in Pakistan’s 1st innings and Hasan Mahmud took 5 in second one, companioned by Nahid Rana’s 4 wickets.
Bangladesh scored 262 runs in their first innings thanks to 137-run knock from classic batter Liton Das.
