Bangladesh won the first test match against host Pakistan by 10 wickets making history at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
This is the first Test win for Bangladesh against Pakistan.
In the second innings, the host scored 146 runs which is the lowest innings total for Pakistan against Bangladesh in Test cricket.
Pakistan scored 448/6 declared and 146/9 in the first and second innings respectively. In response, Bangladesh scored 565/10 and 30/0 in both innings.
Pakistani batter Mohammad Rizwan scored 171 and 51 runs in the first and second innings respectively while Saud Shakeel scored 141 runs in the first innings.
Bangladesh batter Mushfiqur Rahim scored the highest 191 runs while Shadman Islam scored 93 runs, Mehidy Hasan Miraz scored 77 runs, Litton Das scored 56 runs and Mominul Haque scored 50 runs to build the big innings.
Mehidy Hasan Miraz is the highest wicket-taker from the Bangladesh side who got 5 wickets while Shakib Al Hasan bagged 4 wickets in both innings.
