Sheikh Russel KC earned 1-0 goal victory over Swadhinata KS in the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) U-18 Football League held in the capital on Monday.
Saiful scored the match-winning goal for Russel KC in the 15th minute of the game, reports UNB.
In the day's other match, Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad KC defeated Bangladesh Police FC by 2-1.
Meanwhile, the final match of the BFF U-16 Football Tournament between Wari Club and Kawran Bazar Pragoti Sangha will be held on Tuesday (Oct 11) at 2 pm at the Kamalapur Stadium in the city.
BFF Vice President and convener of the working committee of the BFF Professional League Management Committee M Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan Manik will be the chief guest in the final and will distribute the prizes.
