On the occasion of the Victory Month, a unique poetry recitation session was held at Joydebpur Railway Station in Gazipur with the aim of promoting literary engagement and fostering humanitarian values.
The event took place on Friday under the initiative of the Gazipur district unit Bashundhara Shuvosangho, with the participation of students from Musafir Ishkul, a primary school for underprivileged children.
The poetry recitation session, held amid the bustling environment of the railway station, drew significant interest from passengers, pedestrians, and local residents.
In his speech as the chief guest of the event, Gazipur unit Shuvosangho President Md Imran Hossain said, “Victory Day is a symbol of our pride and sacrifices. The main purpose of this event is to inspire the spirit of the Liberation War and patriotism among the new generation through poetry.”
