A workshop on mental health protection for students organised in Faridpur under the initiative of Bashundhara Shuvosangho on Monday.
The workshop was organised with students of Sajeda Kabir Uddin Municipal Girls' School in Faridpur city.
Shuvosangho Faridpur district unit organised the workshop at the school.
The workshop discussed the importance of protecting mental health, the causes of depression, and effective ways of maintaining a positive mindset among students.
During the session, group activities were organised with the participation of students, where they expressed their feelings and made paper presentations on various causes of depression and ways to overcome it.
As a special part of the event, each student wrote down the cause of their sadness on a colored paper, turned it into a paper plane, and flew it—a symbolic act of releasing emotional burdens.
The students thanked Bashundhara Shuvosangho and said, "Such initiatives will play a helpful role in increasing the mental strength of the students and developing positive thinking ability."
