Aiming to foster creativity and critical thinking among youth, Bashundhara Shuvosangho held a special event titled “Esho Likhi Moner Bhabna” on Saturday in front of Rangdhanu Bidyaniketan and High School in the capital’s Sabujbagh.
Members of Shuvosangho put up large white posters and invited young participants to share their opinions on society and the future. The contributions highlighted aspirations for a drug-free and employment-rich society, a well-educated generation, equality, positive use of technology, environmental protection, humanitarian values, and an active youth role in national development.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Abdul Hannan Milton, Coordinator of Bashundhara Shuvosangho, Dhaka South City, and led by Tawsif Hasan, President of the Shabujbagh unit, along with Vice-President Munna, General Secretary Shova, and members Riday, Rob, Pushpo, Maria, Mim, and Rakhi.
Shuvosangho members stressed the importance of considering youth opinions in planning societal progress and urged young people to overcome drug abuse and excessive dependence on technology to become skilled, responsible citizens.
Student participant Munni Akter said, “We are grateful to Shuvosangho for creating this platform, which allowed us to express our thoughts freely.”
The initiative received praise from the local community, and Shuvosangho members said they plan to continue organising more creative and socially beneficial programmes in the future.
