Awareness meeting on dengue prevention held in Betagi

Bashundhara Shuvosangho has conducted an awareness meeting on prevention of dengue in Betagi of Barguna.

Betagi Press Club President Alhajj Md Kamal Hossain Khan was chief guest while Md Bazlur Rahman was special guest at the discussion meeting held at Putiakhali Adarsha School in the area on Saturday.

More than 300 students took part in the event. Md Bazlur Rahman said that the programme of Shuvosangho will raise awareness among people from strata of life, including the guardians of the students.

Shuvosangho upazila unit Adviser Swapan Kumar Dhali, Vice President Md Jasim Uddin, Joint General Secretary Liton Kumar Dhali, assistant teachers Pradeep Kumar Biswas, Md Omar Faruk, Md Al Mamun, Sabina Yasmin, Kamlesh Chandra Shil and Md Bashir Ahmed were present on the occasion.
