The director, Mostofa Sarwar Farooki, who is currently serving as the cultural advisor, directed the drama "420" in 2007, which received a tremendous response from the audience.
Now, the sequel to '420' arrives with the movie '840'. The movie is being screened in 15 quality cinema halls nationwide, including six branches of the country's most modern multiplex chain, Star Cineplex, in Dhaka and Chittagong.
In its opening week, the movie is being screened at Blockbuster Cinemas and Shyamoli Cinema in Dhaka, Grand Sylhet Movies & Theatre, CineScope in Narayanganj, Silver Screen and Sugandha Cinema in Chittagong, Grand Riverview in Rajshahi, Momo Inn Theatre in Bogra, and Rupkotha Cinema hall in Pabna.
The poster, trailer, and premiere of "840" have already sparked excitement among audiences. It is expected that viewers will also enjoy the film in theaters.
The cast of the film features Nasir Uddin Khan, Marzuk Russell, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Zakia Bari Momo, Shahriar Nazim Joy, Zayed Khan, along with several local actors from Rajshahi and Naogaon.
