Pop singer Mila Islam has made a comeback to playback singing after seven years, lending her voice to a track in Sanjay Samaddarr’s upcoming film "Insaf.
Shouquat Ali Imon composed and directed the track. The song “Prem Pukure Barshi Phele Anbore Dhor” is written by Sudip Kumar.
Mila is very excited to be back to playback after a long hiatus. She said to the media, “The kind of song that fans want to hear in my voice, Prem Pukure is one such song. Besides, there is no need to talk about Shouquat Ali Imon. He is a great musician. So when I got the offer for playback from him, I didn’t think twice. I sang the song from the movie Insaf with great joy.”
The shooting of the song is set to start soon, with Mosharraf Karim, Shariful Raz, and Tasnia Farin joining Mila Islam for the filming. Sources also reveal that the shooting of the movie Insaf will begin on March 15, with locations across the country, including Dhaka and Gazipur.
Mila’s last playback song was “Beyara Prem” from the 2018 film “Mone Rekho”. The lyrics of the song were written by SA Haque Olike and the music was composed by Hridoy Khan. The film was directed by Wajed Ali Sumon.
