Biden announces new US weapon package for Ukraine

US President Joe Biden announced Sunday a new arms, ammunition package for Ukraine, as he met his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky in Hiroshima on Sunday, reports AFP.

Biden said the package would include "ammunition, artillery, armored vehicles."

This confirmation came days after giving the allies the okay to transfer advanced F-16 jets to Ukraine.
