A total of 1,76,282 students got the highest Grade Point Average (GPA-5) in the HSC and equivalent examinations 2022 under 11 education boards, reports BSS.
According to the result published here today, among the GPA-5 holders, 80,561 are male students and 95,721 are female.
A total of 1,59,755 students achieved GPA-5 under nine general education boards, 9,423 students under madrasah education board and 7,104 under technical education board.
Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Wednesday unveiled the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations results.
Releasing the results of 11 education boards after pressing button at her office in the capital on Wednesday morning, she extended her wholehearted gratitude to the education ministry and other concerned for holding examinations and publishing results timely.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni and Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury spoke at the function.
