Senior Secretary Kabir Bin Anwar joined his new office as the cabinet secretary.
Earlier on Sunday, (December 11), Ministry of Water Resources Senior Secretary Kabir Bin Anwar was appointed as the new cabinet secretary.
Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard.
Kabir joined Bangladesh Civil Service on 15 February 1988 as an assistant commissioner.
Kabir Bin Anwar has a 34-year-long career and he already served the government in various capacities. The new cabinet secretary held important responsibilities both in the field of administration as well as at the policy level.
Since 2018, he was serving as Senior Secretary to the government in the Ministry of Water Resources.
Kabir Bin Anwar achieved various awards at home and abroad for his outstanding performance in public welfare and related activities during his service.
He was born on 1 January 1964 in Sirajganj under the Rajshahi division.
