Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will go to Cox’s Bazar on a daylong visit tomorrow (Wednesday).
She is scheduled to address a mammoth rally organised by Cox’s Bazar Awami League at Shaheed Sheikh Kamal Stadium at noon.
Ahead of the rally, local Awami League leaders and activists are conducting massive publicity in the tourist town.
Enthusiasm is prevailing among the people in Cox's Bazar as Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will address a public rally after five years, reports BSS.
Already the whole town has become a colourful place to welcome the Awami League chief amid festivity.
District Awami League president Advocate Faridul Islam Chowdhury said people are eager to see and get directives from the Prime Minister.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will attend the four-day International Fleet Review-2022.
Later, she will address the public rally.
The local administration has taken necessary measures on the occasion of the Prime Minister's visit and the public rally.
