A Russian attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kostyantynivka has killed at least 17 civilian in the war-torn country.
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia attacked a "regular market, shops, and a pharmacy", reports BBC and Al Jazeera.
He accuses Russia of "brazen wickedness" in the attack, which Ukrainian authorities say left 32 wounded.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal warns of "fair retribution for everything".
The attack comes as Antony Blinken, the US secretary of state, arrives in Kyiv to announce more aid as Ukrainian troops try to push forward in their counteroffensive.
