Record remittance before Eid

Bangladesh has received record remittances in the first 14 days of April ahead of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.

According to Bangladesh Bank, expatriate Bangladeshis have sent $95 crore 86 lakh 90 thousand or Tk 10 thousand 257 crores during the period.

Remittance fighters have sent on average $6 crore 85 lakhs or Tk 732 crore 64 lakhs daily to their near and dear ones to make their Eid joyful.
