Inquilab Mancha and general students of the universities have protested at Dhaka University (DU) area demanding an end to Israel's genocide in Palestine and a free Palestine.
On Friday, a procession organized by "Azad Palestine" and Inquilab Mancha started from the university's central Jame Mosque at 1:45 pm and reached in front of the Raju sculpture via Halpara, administrative building area, VC square and met for a short rally.
They kept chanting slogans like 'Free Free, Palestine'; 'From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,’ ‘Intifada Intifada, Zindabad Zindabad,’ ‘down down Zionism, free free Palestine,’ ‘one two three four, occupation/zionism no more' etc.
At the protest rally, Azad Palestine convener Imran said, "Our fight is against fascism, against extremist Hindutva and at the same time against Zionism. We will protest until our last drop of blood against those who have been killing thousands of Muslims in Palestine for centuries with the help of America. I call the Muslim world, be vocal, Protect Palestine! Come out on the streets and ensure the independence of Palestine.”
Inqilab Manch spokesperson Sharif Usman Bin Hadi said, "The Awami League bought spyware from Israel to monitor our brothers and sisters. We want an account of it. The spyware that kept my brother in jail must be brought to justice. The words "Except Israel" must be reinstated in our passports.”
