Three Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) were given new postings in Wari, Motijheel and Gulshan Divisions, reports UNB.
The new postings were given through an office order signed by DMP Commissioner Mohammad Shafiqul Islam on Wednesday.
According to the office order of the DMP Headquarters, DC (Crime Division) of the DMP headquarters, Md Ziaul Ahsan Talukdar has been transferred to Wari Division, while DC (Operations) of the DMP headquarters Hayatul Islam Khan has been given posting to Motijheel Division and current DC of Motijheel Division Md Ahad has been given new responsibility as the DC of Gulshan Division.
