Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP)'s Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman will exchange views with the photojournalists, injured during the July-August uprising, on Monday.
He will also provide financial assistance to them and their family members as the chief guest at a function in Dhaka organised by "Amra BNP Paribar", a cell of BNP.
At least 31 injured photojournalists will be aided by the organisation on behalf of its chief patron Tarique Rahman at the function at the Krishibid Institution Auditorium in Dhaka’s Khamarbari area at 3 pm, an official release said.
Amra BNP Paribar Convener Atiqur Rahman Ruman will preside over the programme.
