BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said problems will increase if the interim government takes much time.
He made the remarks today (November 16) while addressing the third council of the Jatiyatabadi Textile Engineers Association (JTEB) at the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh in the capital.
Fakhrul said the election date has to be announced after completing electoral reform within a very short time.
Pointing to the interim government, the senior leader said, “The interim government should go the election after completing basic reformations of the electoral system, administration, law and order and judiciary. We hope the government will implement these without delay.”
