Today marks the 46th anniversary of the Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Jubodal.
On this day in 1978, the party's founder and then-President Ziaur Rahman established this youth wing of BNP. The party has planned various activities to commemorate the anniversary.
At 11 AM today, the organization paid tribute at the grave of the late President Ziaur Rahman in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka. BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir was the chief guest at the event.
Following that, at 12 PM, a free medical camp and voluntary blood donation program will be held on the ground floor of the BNP central office in Naya Paltan.
Professor Dr AZM Zahid Hossain, a member of the BNP Standing Committee, will inaugurate the program. Another Standing Committee member, Mirza Abbas, will be the chief guest at this event.
