Ex-MP Rahim Ullah arrested

Ex-MP Rahim Ullah arrested

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) on Saturday afternoon arrested former lawmaker of Feni-3 constituency Rahim Ullah from his Dhanmondi residence in the capital.  

RAB headquarters confirmed the development in the evening.

According to the elite force, Rahim Ullah is an accused in a killing case. He has been arrested in the case of killing human hauler driver Zafor Ahmed (53) in Sonagazi of Feni during the anti-discrimination student movement.

Rahim Ullah was the former president of the Jeddah unit Awami League in Saudi Arabia.
